Who Are We?
Precise Interventions is a wellness company with a passion for people. Our story began in 2015 as a private practice focused on changing the world one person and one family at a time. Nokuthula Mahlangu
Managing Director & Emotional Intelligence Coach
Nokuthula holds a MSW Comm. Dev. (UJ), BSW (Wits), and a Diploma in Entrepreneurship (Potchefstroom University)
Her passion lies in the human capital space, where she supports corporate teams, enhancing connections and optimizing structures. She leads a collaborative team whose efforts drive high performance and foster sustainable wellness.
Outside her professional role, Nokuthula is a devoted mother of three phenomenal humans. She draws inspiration from her favourite books, Daring Greatly and Atlas of the Heart by Brené Brown—reflecting her dedication to both personal and professional growth.

Nthabiseng Raphala
Social Worker
Nthabiseng is a dedicated Social Worker and Social Case Manager at Precise Interventions. On top of her compassion and love for the people she works with, Nthabiseng holds a BSW, majoring in Psychology (Nelson Mandela University) and a PGCE (UNISA)
Outside of work, Nthabiseng is a devoted mother to two wonderful children. Her passion for people and health extends into her home and is evident in the peace found in her personal space.
Nthabiseng is always developing and growing, she has extended her learning and knowledge in areas that interest and challenge her. She is currently reading "The Four Seasons of Marriage" by Gary Chapman. Her passion for growth and connection is evident in her multilingualism. She speaks: English, Sepedi, Sotho, Setswana, Xitsonga, isiZulu, isiXhosa and Tshivenda.


Nobuhle Gobodo
Client Liaison & Personal Assistant
Nobuhle is our warm and professional Client Liaison & Personal Assistant—the first friendly welcome you’ll receive at Precise Interventions. Her excellence in confidentiality, empathy, and service make her a joy to interact with. She holds a Certificate in Business Administration and has participated in learnerships through the Law Society of South Africa.
Outside of work, Nobuhle is passionate about serving her community. She volunteers with the Youth via The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She is a devoted daughter who cherishes her mother and works to deepen their relationship.
Nobuhle draws inspiration from The Esther Anointing: Becoming a Woman of Prayer, Courage, and Influence by Michelle McClain-Walter, a book drawing on the biblical Esther’s journey from obscurity to influence as a model for modern women.



Mashadi Sitole
Professional Coach
Mashadi is the dedicated and passionate Professional Coach at Precise Interventions, where she finds great joy in supporting the team to greatness. With a BA in Communication Science from UNISA, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for effective communication and functional systems to her role.
Mashadi thrives on working with people, embracing the transformative power of coaching conversations. Beyond her professional life, Mashadi cherishes her role as a loving wife and a devoted mom to three wonderful little ones.
Her favourite books on wellness include "Everyday Greatness" by Stephen R. Covey, "Daring Greatly" by Brené Brown, and "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. These books reflect her commitment to personal and professional development, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Hannah Vetten
Online Systems & Marketing Specialist
Hannah is our online system and marketing specialist at Precise Interventions, she works to maintain the website, add new content, and keep everyone up to date and in the know.
Outside of her professional life, Hannah is a devoted wife and mother. Her passion for systems and organisational processes manifests in her planning and preparation in her home and family life.
Hannah draws inspiration from multiple thought leaders in the Wellness and Holistic Healing environment. Some of her favourites are: Yvonne Retief, Emily Nagoski, and John & Julie Gottman. These thought leaders reflect Hannah's passion for holistic healing and accountability in the wellness space.
